Used for board-direct sync and firmware updates. The bridge keeps WiFi off (BLE owns the radio), so there's no live Connect here — creds are stored and brought up only at the next sync/update reboot.

Firmware — needs WiFi configured (WiFi tab). Each reboots and flashes over WiFi at a clean heap, then boots the new image; the board disconnects, so watch its screen for progress.
Switch firmware
Flash a sibling app into the spare slot and boot into it — whatever you boot becomes the default. Switch back from that app's own portal. 16 MB boards only. NVS config carries over; captures do not (sync first).
Stored on the board (single source of truth). Service keys are sent to the relay per-sync; capture options control the hunt.
